Yoga Classes

I teach movement based classes with the aim of finding freedom in the body, releasing tensions and moving intuitively for body harmony and lightness of Being. All of my classes can be taken at your own level. We have a different body every single day and your practice will be different every single time. 

I also love to incorporate music and sound therapy elements in my classes to facilitate a deep sense of meditation, whether it be the moving meditation of flowing from posture to posture, or the deeply relaxing savasana at the end of the class.

Flow Yoga

Postures flow with the breath and are not held for long. This brings freedom of movement and a sense of a 'moving meditation'. The sequences are creative and different each week. 

Aqua Yoga

Yoga in the swimming pool. We don't go upside down and you won't need a snorkel! A great way to practice yoga with the water supporting bones and joints, while providing resistance to work with. The sound and feel of the water adds an  extra dimension to the mindfulness and meditation practices.

Mudra Meditation

Sun Power Yoga

A blend of three traditional styles: Iyengar - for alignment, Sivananda - breath work, Astanga - strength and stamina. 

Weekly Yoga Timetable

Currently teaching in private health clubs and available for private bookings and events. Future community classes will be posted on the events page.
